Larry DiPasquale, CPA, MST joined Botwinick & Company, LLC as a Director in December 2024, bringing with him over 15 years of specialized experience in tax compliance, advisory, and forensic accounting. He works closely with real estate developers, healthcare professionals, private equity groups, and high-net-worth individuals to navigate complex tax matters and provide tailored, forward-thinking guidance.

Larry’s professional background spans both regional and national public accounting firms, where he held leadership roles and developed a strong focus in real estate and partnership taxation. Before joining the team at Botwinick & Company, Larry served as a Director at Marcum LLP, advising clients across industries on complex tax issues including multi-state compliance, 1031 exchanges, and Qualified Opportunity Zone investments. He has also represented clients before federal and state taxing authorities, helping them navigate audits, examinations, and complex compliance issues. In addition to working with clients, Larry has led internal continuing education programs and mentored professionals in technical areas of taxation.

Larry earned his Master of Accountancy in Taxation from Rutgers Business School and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University.

Outside the office, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and rooting for the New York Giants.
