As a Tax Generalist, Chanise has proven to be skillful within a variety of industries and entities such as S-Corporations, Trusts and Private Foundations, Individual taxation and Partnerships; primarily focusing on the real-estate sector. Chanise brings technical expertise in advising her clients on tax mitigation and planning strategies that include analysis of asset capitalization, 1031 exchanges, and pass-through entity tax. She actively demonstrates engaging collaboration with her clients, always nurturing her role as a Trusted Advisor.
